Jacqueline Fernandez hails from Manama in Bahrain. She was raised within a multiethnic household. Jacqueline's parents are Malaysian as well as the Sri Lankan. Her father Elroy Fernandez is from Sri Lanka. Her brothers are elder as well as two younger brothers. The 80s were the time when her parents fled to Bahrain due to civil unrest over Sri Lanka. Padukone has a daughter with tennis star Prakash Padukone. She was raised in Bangalore and was born in Copenhagen. In her teens, she played in national level badminton tournaments. She later resigned from the sport and became a fashion designer. Padukone was born in Mangalore, India. Her native language Konkani is where she comes from. Her lineage is from Padukone village in Kundapura Taluk in the Udupi District of the State of Karnataka, India. Prakash Padukone is her father as well as a former badminton pro who has international acclaim. Her mother is an agent for travel.
